You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its security, operation or availability. You must provide current, complete and accurate information when placing an order.

We take reasonable care to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours may appear slightly different because of lighting, photography and screen settings. Handcrafted and handloom fabrics may contain subtle variations in colour, weave or texture; these are natural characteristics rather than defects.

Measurements may vary slightly between styles and due to the nature of the fabric or production process. Please review the size chart, product description, fabric information and care instructions before ordering.

Product prices are displayed in Indian rupees. Applicable shipping charges and any taxes included or payable will be shown at or before checkout. Prices, promotions and availability may change without prior notice, but changes will not affect an order already accepted.

Adding an item to a cart does not reserve it. Products remain subject to availability until an order is confirmed.

An order acknowledgement does not by itself guarantee acceptance. We may contact you to clarify order information or decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, pricing or website information contains an evident error, payment is not authorised, fraud is suspected or fulfilment is not reasonably possible. Where we cancel a paid order, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Orders must be prepaid. Cash on Delivery is not available. Website payments are processed through Razorpay using the payment options displayed at checkout. An order is treated as paid only after successful payment confirmation.

Valid discount codes may be entered before completing payment. Multiple codes may be combined where the relevant offer conditions and website checkout permit it. Codes may be subject to expiry dates, minimum order values, product exclusions or customer eligibility. Discounts cannot be added after an order has been placed.

Dispatch estimates and delivery information are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by events outside our reasonable control.

Customisation is available only for selected designs and must be confirmed before ordering. Timelines and additional charges depend on the requested work. Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements and instructions. Customised, made-to-measure and altered garments cannot be returned or exchanged except where received damaged or different from the confirmed order.

All cancellations, returns, exchanges, store credit and refunds are governed by our Cancellation, Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Customers should follow the care instructions on the product page and garment label. Norma is not responsible for deterioration or damage caused by washing, cleaning, storage, alteration or use that is inconsistent with those instructions.

The Norma name, branding, website text, photographs, graphics, designs and other original content are owned by or licensed to Norma. They may not be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed or commercially used without prior written permission.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Norma will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or products. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights.

The website may rely on or link to third-party services, including payment and delivery providers. Their services may be subject to separate terms and policies. Norma is not responsible for third-party websites or events outside its reasonable control.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version published on the website at the time of an order will apply to that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer-protection law, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kannur, Kerala.
