We represent colours as carefully as possible, but lighting, photography and screen settings may create slight differences. Natural variations may also appear in handcrafted and handloom fabrics.

Kannur is at the heart of our work. Our in-house designs are developed locally, with selected fabrics handloomed and garments stitched in Kannur. We also source thoughtfully from across India and bring those elements to Kannur for development and finishing.

We deliver to serviceable pin codes across India for a flat shipping charge of ₹99 per order. International delivery is not currently available.

Ready-to-ship products are dispatched within 1–2 working days. After dispatch, delivery generally takes 3–5 working days within Kerala and 1–2 weeks outside Kerala. Customised orders generally require 2–3 weeks for preparation before dispatch.

Tracking details will be sent by email or WhatsApp after dispatch.

Eligible full-priced items may be returned for store credit within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unwashed, unaltered and returned with all original tags and packaging.

Yes, subject to availability and the item meeting our return conditions. If the requested size is unavailable, store credit may be offered.

Contact us within 48 hours with photographs and an unedited opening and unpacking video. Verified damaged items qualify for a full refund. Verified incorrect items may be exchanged, subject to availability, or returned for store credit.

No. Sale, final-sale, customised and altered items cannot be returned or exchanged unless received damaged or incorrect.

The website accepts the payment methods displayed at checkout, including eligible cards and UPI. Cash on Delivery is not available.
