Shipping & Delivery Policy

We currently deliver to serviceable pin codes across India. International shipping is not available at this time.

A flat shipping charge of ₹99 per order applies to deliveries within India. The charge will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Ready-to-ship items are generally dispatched within 1–2 working days after order confirmation.

Customised and made-to-order garments generally require 2–3 weeks for preparation before dispatch. The exact timeline may vary depending on the design and requested customisation and will be communicated when the order is confirmed.

Within Kerala: generally 3–5 working days.

Outside Kerala: generally 1–2 weeks, depending on the destination and courier service.

These timelines are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Public holidays, weather conditions, courier disruptions, remote destinations or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control may cause delays.

Tracking details will be shared by email or WhatsApp once an order has been dispatched.

If a shipment is delayed, we will assist with available tracking information and keep you informed of material updates received from the courier partner.

The courier partner may make another delivery attempt or contact you directly. Please ensure that your delivery address and telephone number are complete and accurate.

If an order is returned to us following repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, refusal of delivery or an incomplete or incorrect address supplied by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply before the order is sent again.
